Such a beautiful home and surroundings. My family and I had so much fun and loved every minute of staying here. Meagan was very helpful with directions the home, check-in and check-out information. My daughter and I were in an accident while out and exploring the town the evening before our checkout date. I let her know that we didn’t get back to the home until 6 A.M. and she was very caring, compassionate, and understanding! I will most definitely be booking with them again!

This place is a gem. Great surroundings and infinity pool was favorite spot for kids. The host helped us promptly throughout the stay. Great amenities. Don’t forget to brew a fresh coffee early morning and enjoy the mountain view from deck! Amazing views.

Had an amazing weekend at this beautiful property! The house itself is amazing and the views even moreso. Our hosts were extremely responsive whenever something was needed and that was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again

This place was beautiful. The views were everything we could ask for and more. Everyone at our visit felt comfortable and there was always something for everyone to do. There were a few draw backs that I would like to mention that are easily fixable but would make the next guest stay even better than ours. <br/>Hot tub never worked properly. Had to have maintenance guy out on the first day to look at it and then I had to flip the breaker everyday to get it to heat properly. There was also metal splinters in the pool that attached to a magnetic refillable water balloon my 5 yr old niece and 2 yr old nephew were playing with. The pool was never properly cleaned before we got there and had a lot of debris in it. I had to fill the hot tub up twice as it lost water. <br/>The deck had multiple nails sticking up that I had to hammer down. <br/>The inside had dirty towels left on the sinks when we arrived.

this house was amazing! 10 of my friends & I stayed here to celebrate my birthday & we all had an amazing time, utilized the movie room, the outdoor kitchen, the speakeasy for game night, the amazing massage chair, as well as the pool spa ! communication from the hosts was very fast & efficient, ran into a slight issue with the stove but it was fixed ASAP, we also had a little lady bug problem but they were very apologetic of that, & unaware at the time, but also informed us that lady bugs seek shelter from the cold in many cabins during the winter. to say the least i would definitely recommend anyone to stay here & would look into their other rentals or even this one again for another time ! Thank you King Rentals, you made my birthday memorable!

My family and I had a great time, we really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. They were always responsive.

Hands down best cabin I’ve ever been to.

Beautiful home, exactly as listing description!!! Gorgeous views, very peaceful and easy to find home! Very spacious in every room of the house! My kids had enough room to be running around and burning that energy they had. Also we enjoyed the theater room as a family which was where my kids chilled for most of the time and it was awesome! The home has a small playground fort with two swings and a pebble pit to play with the toy trucks provided which my kids enjoyed! Overall it is exactly as described and very clean and spacious will be going again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay in Cosby. The place was clean, comfortable, and had amazing mountain views that we enjoyed every day. It was peaceful and relaxing, and a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful and truly memorable trip, largely because of this amazing home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and the host clearly anticipated the needs of their guests, we had everything we needed during the day and at night, we all slept comfortably which is a big deal with a group that has back pain and injuries…….. And then there was the view and outdoor area, it really doesn’t get any better.<br/>The host was also responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This one was for the books! Don’t hesitate to book.

This place is spectacular -- gorgeous views, outstanding pool/hot tub, comfortable beds, and the speakeasy and movie theatre are a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again
